      Location: 2 Stonehaven Drive, Kanata, ON, Canada
      Description: Yoga For Flexibility, Strength, And Balance: Come and join us for a yoga session that will help you build strength, increase flexibility, confidence and coordination. It is perfect for all ages and for those who want to improve their agility and fine motor skills. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, water and a small blanket or a sweater to use during relaxation.

      Ends: September 13, 2014 - 1:00 pm
      Location: Eva James Community Centre, 65 Stonehaven Dr, Ottawa, ON, Canada
      Description: Get your family out on their bikes exploring Bridlewood in the fun, FREE event. Follow the clues to various locations where you will complete a challenge to get a stamp in your passport! Do all 10 stations or just a few. Register online at http://www.bridlewood.ca and then check in at the Eva James on September 13th between 9:30 and 11:00 am. Teams will start anytime between 10:00 and 11:00 am and will complete the course by 1pm. Prizes for 3 fastest times to complete all stations, youngest participant, best decorated helmets and Bridlewood pride (most Bridlewood items).
